Complete renovation of 1950'5 bungalow.

Beginning with renovating the perimeter drainage, this classic home was taken down to the studs in order to maximize the space within. The home was seismically upgraded to current code and the floor plan was changed to create a modern and efficient home for a growing family. Special upgrades included wiring with cat 5, home automation, HAI system, and ceiling mounted speakers throughout the house.
